THE BENEFITS OF DOING A PREPARATORY YEAR
The Canvas School of Arts offers a program specially designed for young people interested in pursuing artistic studies (Professional level (CFC) or higher education level (HES)) or for those whose professional path has not yet been fully defined. A true year of orientation, it allows each student to navigate, based on their personal aptitudes, towards the artistic profession that suits them best, while gaining initial experience in an academic setting that opens up various training opportunities.
Since access to design studies is highly demanding, Canvas' preparatory year program introduces students to the artistic and technical fundamentals and provides a skills upgrade before taking the entrance exams for professional and higher education schools.
OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING AND PROGRAM PERZONALIZATION
The student gets to learn various subjects involved in the study of the Visual Arts, while acquiring a neutral critical approach towards the world and the arts. Through the techniques taught during the program, the variety of courses and the practical exercises, the student will set solid foundations for their future curriculum.
In addition, each student can adapt their study plan, in order to deepen their knowledge in one or several subjects, getting a personalized program based on their future aspirations.
